The dynamic energy and rapid evolution of the Chinese market captivated her, and shortly after graduating, she took her first entrepreneurial leap, founding Alarice, a China-focused digital marketing agency. This venture was born from a desire to help international brands navigate the complexities and nuances of China’s unique digital landscape.

Living and working in greater China for most of her career provided invaluable firsthand experience. It wasn’t just about observing; it was about participating, understanding, and integrating. This deep connection culminated in a significant personal milestone a few years ago when she became a naturalized Chinese, holding a Hong Kong passport.
